• Customized/Personalized Products: These are manufactured exactly according to your specifications and details.

• Electronic or Decorative Products: These may contain sensitive components and must be handled with care.

• Improper Use: Any improper use or unauthorized modifications to the product will result in the forfeiture of all warranty or guarantee claims.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

• Payment is due immediately upon ordering and must be made using the payment methods provided on the website.

• For personalized products, production begins immediately upon receipt of payment.

• Once an order is submitted, it is binding and final.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping generally takes place within 4–10 business days. Processing times for personalized products may vary.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (provided this service is supported by the respective shipping provider).

• celluviaa-us.com is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or events of force majeure.

5. Right of Withdrawal

a) Standard Products

For non-personalized products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

b) Personalized Products

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies in particular to personalized images and comparable individually manufactured products.

If a personalized product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect despite correct specifications provided by you, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or another suitable solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

• celluviaa-us.com is liable only in cases of intent (willful misconduct) and gross negligence.

• Liability for indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages is excluded.

• Damages resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications to the product are excluded from liability.

7. Amendments to the GTC

• celluviaa-us.com reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon their publication on the website.

• Your continued use of the website or the placement of an order after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the new GTC.
